? I am Michaël Balsat, a UX/UI Designer from Brussels currently based in NYC.

My work combines a background in visual design and user experience design with technology and user-centered design thinking.

Currently I am working as a Lead designer at Accenture Interactive. Together with previous experience I have been responsible for all phases of the UX/UI process, from leading client design thinking workshops, conducting user research and testing, concepting, information architecture to wireframing and prototyping followed by visual design. I then work collaboratively with developers throughout the lifecycle of a product and validate work during client meetings.

Past and current clients and employers include Droga5, Harley-Davidson, Cannes Lions, Kunstmaan, itsme, BNP Paribas Fortis, and others. Products and experiences created include a wide range of brands within advertising, automotive, financial and insurance industries to name a few.
